312 Kitchen & Bath offers luxury design and remodel services for custom kitchen and bath remodeling, as well as entire home and condo renovations.

Our luxury design and remodel services are available throughout Chicagoland, from downtown Chicago and the Gold Coast to Naperville and the North Shore. And we offer our services coast to coast for select client projects.

Once you accept our proposal for your remodel project, we'll send you a Welcome email that will contain the step-by-step process for your remodel, along with other information. And we'll cooridnate with you and our suppliers to schedule your showroom shopping to select all of your project finishes.

Every remodel timleline varies, depending on the size and scope of the project, along with what type of property it is. Our skilled contractors have every incentive to complete your project as quickly as possible, with the quality and attention to detail you expect. However, it's important to understand that daily and weekly construction activity will vary based on a number of factors, some of which they cannot control. In other words, while they try their best to keep the project moving along to completion, there will not always be contractors or installers working every day at your home. Some examples of project delyays may include property or elevator access, city inspections, delivery of materials, unforeseen construction issues, drying time of materials, installion or finishes fitment, weather, holidays, etc.

While we take checks when we're on-site, we invoice by email via FreshBooks, where you can securely pay online. We accept payments from all major credit cards, Apple Pay and ACH bank transfers. And we do not add any fees for credit card payments.

We cater to discerning homeowners who want the best design and luxury remodel results at the lowest (fair) cost for their project. Our client home values range from $250,000 to $25,000,000. And we treat each lovely client and remodel with the same level of dedication and respect that they deserve, regardless of their remodel budget or home value.

It all starts with a free consultation. Your virtual consultation will take place via a phone call, Google Meet or Zoom call, which you can choose from. During your consultation, we'll review your design and remodel wish list, along with our process. And if we feel we would be a good fit for your remodel, we'll schedule to meet with you at your home for a walk-through and free estimate. After we evaluate your project scope and budget, we'll provide you with a proposal for our design and remodel services. Once you e-sign our proposal, we'll coordinate the pre-construction design and remodel process, including showroom shopping for your project finishes.

And they use 20/20 software, which is the industry standard for creating detailed 3D and 2D kitchen and bath design drawings.

However, we like to show and rotate photos of trending kitchens and bathrooms for design, style and color ideas. The reason is; many homeowners often see and want a similar (copycat) style for their kitchen or bath remodel. This is why we display a variety of remodel looks, which ultimately helps our clients determine the remodel possibilities and design style that's right for them.

Our design and remodel services are intended for custom kitchen, bath, whole house and condo remodels. This usually involves a full renovation, which means a down to the studs remodel or replacing most everything cosmetically. And with a minimum budget of $25,000 for labor and finishes, as it's not realistic to complete a high-end remodel for less by a qualified and licensed general contractor.
