Meet Gillian Sheley

The Boss Lady of 312 Kitchen & Bath

Gillian Sheley, managing director and Boss Lady of Chicago-based 312 Kitchen & Bath.

Get to Know Gillian

As the managing director (aka Boss Lady), Gillian Sheley brings her strong presence, creativity and work ethic to Chicago-based 312 Kitchen & Bath. After graduating from Arizona State, Gillian has quickly become one of the brightest female stars in a male-dominated industry. With her take-charge attitude and dedication, Gillian has been strategically propelled into the enormous responsibility of overseeing the integral operations of a successful luxury home remodeling business. And she is a tireless perfectionist who thrives on a challenge and is an exceptional problem-solver.

While her confidence, talent and determination are undeniable, Gillian has always had a zest for high-end interior design and fashion. As the new face and spokesperson for 312 Kitchen & Bath, Gillian has many responsibilities, including the onboarding of clients, evaluating design and remodel projects, supplier and contractor relations, social media, and much more. Gillian professionally and proudly represents the company’s values, mission and image.

A native to Illinois, Gillian loves Chicagoland and its rich history, including the beautiful and diverse architecture. And like any homeowner with sophisticated taste, she appreciates a comfortable space and fine finishes. Gillian loves seeing outdated houses and condos turned into modern, well-planned homes with elegant and timeless styling, which 312 Kitchen & Bath has accomplished countless times with stunning results.

When Gillian is not taking over the luxury home remodeling world as the Boss Lady, she enjoys pilates, Michelin-starred restaurants, classic Italian dishes, her dog (Vino), spicy margaritas, and updating her GoodReads account. She also enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs at the iconic Wrigley Stadium and spending time with her wonderful family and friends.

Did you know? As with any luxury remodel, Gillian believes you should be mindful of your home value so that you don’t mistakenly cut corners and underspend or unnecessarily overspend on the cost of your high-end remodel, either of which could hurt your home value and investment. Gillian also believes that if your budget doesn’t allow for a proper luxury remodel, then you’re better off waiting until you can afford to do it right.
